Softstone & Faux Finish Applications: Our furniture is totally hand crafted and one-of-a-kind, much as a work of art. The crushed stone texturing is hand applied over the frame and then hand painted in a two-tone faux finish. The subtle irregularities are our aesthetic trademark that differentiates the Degage product from other lines. Texture and color may vary slightly from piece to piece due to handcrafting.
Casegood Construction: Our casegood frames are of the highest quality wood form construction, featuring a double layer of primer, a layer of softstone and our hand painted finishes. The drawers are made with Baltic birch and all our products feature high quality European hardware. Casters are provided for the consumer's use on smooth surfaces in home for ease of movement. Delivery personnel must avoid relying on the casters when moving the product.
Size & Weight: Because of the size and weight of the contemporary entertainment centers, sales personnel must determine in advance whether placement in the consumer's home will be possible. Second floor deliveries of the larger, heavier pieces are usually not feasible.

Warranty: Degage certifies its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of invoice except for the following. During warranty, Degage will at its option, replace, repair or return the purchase price of any merchandise which upon inspection by Degage is deemed to be defective in materials and /or workmanship and is covered by this warranty. This does not apply to any defects or damage caused during shipment, storage, or due to lack of proper care or maintenance.
Custom Colors: Custom colors are available upon request. Please inquire for special color charts. Custom color upcharge is 20% per item or 10% per grouping.
Custom Work: Degage is happy to customize any of our standard designs. Please allow for slightly longer lead-time and upcharge. For quoted estimates, simply fax a detailed drawing to the factory. Construction will begin upon receipt of your signed approval of final rendering.
Care & Maintenance: Clean with a 100% cotton cloth and mild cleanser. While our product is extremely durable, tough stains, chips or cracks may be simply repaired using our own touch-up kits (available upon request).

Placing Orders: The factory is equipped to accommodate custom work. Contact the factory for quotations. Telephone orders must be confirmed by a purchase order. All orders must include the following: style#, quantity, dimensions, color selection and shipping information.
Changes or Cancellations: If received prior to the start of production, all requests for changes or cancellations will be honored.
Shipping: Merchandise is prepared for blanket wrapped shipping only. Custom packaging or crating is available on a quote basis. Standard shipments will be arranged for on all orders unless otherwise specified. It is Degage's policy not to ship merchandise prepaid. All shipments will go collect or third party billing. Degage will not be liable for any delay in delivering of merchandise due to strikes or any unforeseen or uncontrollable difficulties.
Freight Claims: Shipments are delivered alongside the transporting carrier's vehicle in new and good condition. Degage's responsibility ends at that moment. If shipment is received with missing or damaged pieces, the freight bill or express receipt should be so endorsed and a claim filed by the recipient immediately with the transportation company. No merchandise can be returned to Degage without prior consent. Measurements and weights are approximate and subject to change without notice.
